Cancellation, return, exchange and warranty procedures for orders placed via hemmotor.com are carried out as follows. For all your requests, you can contact us at 0532 345 49 86 (phone / WhatsApp).

1. Order cancellation

  • You may cancel your order without giving any reason before the product is handed over to the shipping company.
  • Unpaid orders are cancelled immediately. For orders for which payment has been received, the amount is refunded to the account from which you paid within 14 days at the latest from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
  • After the product has been handed over to the shipping company, return and exchange requests are assessed as follows.

2. Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted only for defective products; non-defective products cannot be returned. You must notify us of the defect within 14 days of the product’s delivery date. For requests about a defective product, contact us at 0532 345 49 86 and send a photo of the product nameplate and the defect via WhatsApp. Exchange, repair and your other legal rights for defective products are explained below.

3. Damage on delivery

Inspect the packaging when receiving the product. If there are dents, breakage, wetting or opened packaging, have a damage report drawn up together with the carrier’s staff and notify us with photographs on the same day.

4. Warranty

Our electric motors are covered by a warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery. If the product proves to be defective, you may choose, pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6502, one of the following rights: withdrawal from the contract, price reduction, free repair or replacement with a defect-free equivalent. Free repair or replacement requests are concluded within a maximum of 30 working days; the shipping and return costs of the defective product are borne by us.

Situations not covered by the warranty

  • Incorrect connection, unsuitable electrical supply (voltage/phase imbalance, phase loss)
  • Failure to use a motor protection switch or suitable protective device, overloading
  • Use unsuitable for humid, wet, corrosive or explosive environments
  • Unauthorised intervention, replacement of windings or parts
  • Impact and transport damage occurring after delivery
