2. Main characteristics of the product

The product’s name, model code, power, speed, frame type and technical specifications are given on the product page. The products are new and are manufactured by HEM Motor.

3. Price and payment

  • The product page shows the list price excluding VAT and the amount including VAT. The order summary separately states the quantity, subtotal, any discount, VAT and the total payable.
  • For payment by bank transfer / EFT, a 3% discount is applied to the list price. Other payment methods are determined in consultation with the seller.
  • Bank account details are given on the Payment Options page.

4. Delivery and shipping

  • The product is shipped with the seller’s contracted freight or cargo companies. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are notified to the buyer before the order confirmation.
  • Delivery is made within 30 days at the latest from the confirmation of payment. If this period is to be exceeded, the buyer is informed; the buyer may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Warranty

The products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.

This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
