Your order is shipped at the best rate to every province of Türkiye through our contracted freight and cargo companies. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipping cost

  • The shipping cost varies according to the weight of the motor, the quantity and the delivery province. It is not included in the product price or in the total amount shown on the website.
  • The cost and payment method are notified to you before the order confirmation.

Delivery time

  • Products in stock are prepared and handed over to the shipping company after the payment is credited to our account; stock status and the estimated dispatch date are notified in the order confirmation.
  • Transit time with the shipping company varies according to the delivery province.
  • Delivery does not exceed the statutory maximum period of 30 days from the confirmation of payment. If there is to be a delay, you will be informed in advance; if you wish, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount you paid.

Packaging

Motors are shipped in suitable packaging so that they are not damaged during transport; high-power motors are secured on pallets.

On receipt

Inspect the packaging when receiving the product. If there is damage, have a damage report drawn up together with the carrier’s staff and notify us with photographs on the same day. For damaged shipments accepted without a report, claims against the shipping company become more difficult.
