IE4 Electric Motors

IE4 represents the super premium efficiency class in IEC 60034-30-1 and sits one step beyond IE3. For facilities where energy cost weighs heavily on the budget, IE4 pushes losses lower still and grows the annual saving. As a manufacturer-supplier that builds the IE4 series on its own production line and delivers from stock, HEM Motor offers this class with both technical and commercial advantages.

Our IE4 range spans 0.25 kW to 355 kW, with a Ø100 mm shaft diameter on the largest frame. The motors are built with IP55 protection and Class F insulation, and slip near full load is about 4%. Paired with a frequency inverter, system efficiency rises further, yielding extra savings in variable-load applications.
