This gallery walks step by step through how an electric motor takes shape at the HEM Motor factory. From stacking the lamination pack to winding, from rotor balancing to frame assembly and final testing, it gathers frames from every stage of the production line.
The quality of the motors built in the production facility of HEM Motor, founded in 1979, is visible in the workmanship these photographs show: one hundred percent copper windings, low-loss silicon steel, vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) and precision dynamic balancing.
What you will see on the production line
The gallery covers stator lamination preparation, automatic and manual winding stations, the impregnation line, rotor casting and machining, the dynamic balancing bench, frame and end-shield assembly, bearing fitting and final testing under load.
The in-process checks applied at every stage mean insulation resistance, direction of rotation, current balance and vibration values are all recorded before the motor leaves for the field.
The trace of quality control in the photographs
Images of the winding control line, the post-impregnation curing oven and the test panel make concrete which measurement points the product passes through. These steps are what make the IP55 protection and Class F insulation promise hold up in the field.
