A quote on its own is not an order; the order is confirmed when you approve the items on the quote or proforma sent to you and make the payment. Before approving, check each line: model code and frame, power and speed, voltage, mounting arrangement, quantity, options, freight cost and delivery address.

An e-invoice or e-archive invoice is issued for every order. Corporate purchases require the company name, tax office and tax number; individual purchases require the full name and, where necessary, the Turkish ID number. Sending invoice details together with your order confirmation avoids delays in dispatch.
