Since 1979, HEM Motor has been manufacturing and supplying IE4 Super Premium efficiency class electric motors from its own facilities, delivering directly from stock as both producer and seller. IE4 represents the highest efficiency class achievable in series production today; under the European Ecodesign regulation, IE4 has become mandatory within certain power bands (75–200 kW). Motors in this category minimize electrical and mechanical losses, reducing your plant's energy consumption, lowering the total cost of ownership over the motor's lifetime and significantly shortening the payback period of the investment.
Our range covers 0.25 kW to 355 kW, with 1000 / 1500 / 3000 rpm speed options and B3 foot, B5/B14 flange and B35 combined mounting types. Thanks to cast-iron housing, IP55 protection and Class F insulation, these motors suit dusty, humid and demanding industrial environments; 100% copper windings ensure low heat rise and long service life. Typical slip is around 4%, with a Ø100 mm shaft on the 355 frame.
