Helical Bevel Gear Reducers

Helical bevel gear reducers are high-efficiency power transmission solutions where helical and bevel gears work together, with the output shaft set at a 90-degree angle to the motor axis. At HEM Motor, we manufacture these reducers in-house and deliver them coupled to an electric motor, directly from stock without intermediaries. Offering higher efficiency and torque than worm gear systems, this design is ideal for long-lived, stable operation under continuous and heavy-duty conditions. Thanks to high efficiency, it does the same work with less energy, reducing heat and losses and lowering your operating cost.

The high-speed motion from the electric motor is reduced through the helical and bevel gears while the output torque increases. Our range covers K Series 515, 223, 455 and 7515 types, matching motor powers of roughly 0.75 kW to 15 kW; with a 1400 rpm motor, common output speeds are 70, 90, 112 and 140 rpm.
